Sweeply — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sweeply, a photo and video cleanup app for iPhone. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Sweeply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sweeply on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

3. Your content

Sweeply helps you review and delete photos and videos in your own photo library. You are solely responsible for the items you choose to delete. Deletions are performed through Apple's Photos framework, which moves items to your Recently Deleted album; recovery of deleted items is subject to how Apple's Photos app manages that album. We recommend making sure you have a backup before deleting media you may want to keep.

4. Subscriptions and purchases (Sweeply+)

Sweeply offers optional Sweeply+ purchases that unlock premium features:

Weekly — auto-renewing subscription — $3.99 / week, with a 3-day free trial
Annual — auto-renewing subscription — $19.99 / year
Lifetime — $39.99 one-time purchase (non-consumable)

The following standard terms apply to the auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly and Annual):

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
The renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Please request refunds through Apple.

The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.

5. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use and any purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the Licensed Application EULA), available at:

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Sweeply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, or that smart-bucket suggestions (similar, duplicate, blurry, or large items) will be accurate for your situation. You remain responsible for reviewing items before deleting them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or media, arising out of or related to your use of Sweeply. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Sweeply after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
