Open Otterly and go to Settings. You can set a fixed goal, or turn on the smart goal so Otterly adjusts it from your activity (via HealthKit) and hot-weather days (via WeatherKit). Both are optional.

Otterly+ is an optional subscription that unlocks the full mascot collection, the complete wardrobe, unlimited custom beverages, all themed challenges, weather-smart goals, and league standings. The core hydration tracker is free.

Monthly $1.99, annual $11.99 (with a 7-day free trial), or a one-time lifetime unlock for $29.99. Prices may vary by region and are always shown before you confirm. Otterly+ supports Family Sharing.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Otterly, and tap Cancel. If you cancel during the free trial you won't be charged. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date to avoid the next charge.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple — not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account to request a refund.

Open the Otterly+ screen and tap Restore. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account, your Otterly+ access will come back. Lifetime purchases and active subscriptions both restore.

Only if you allow it. Otterly can read your workouts, active energy, and dietary water to suggest a smarter goal, and can write the water you log back to Apple Health. Your health data stays on your device and in Apple Health — it is never sent to our servers and never used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No account is needed to track water. Social features (friends, duels, leagues) use an anonymous profile automatically, and you can optionally use Sign in with Apple to keep your progress across devices. Only a small public profile (nickname, friend code, weekly score, streak, league tier) is stored — never your health data, logs, location, or email.

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your social profile, friend code, friendships, duel history, and league membership from our servers, and revokes Sign in with Apple access. To remove the water logs and settings stored on your device, delete the Otterly app. You can also email us to request deletion.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Otterly in iOS Settings → Notifications → Otterly, and that reminders are turned on inside the app's Settings. Focus / Do Not Disturb can also silence them.
